    What it means for sellers

Buyers have choice. Price where they're already paying.

Buyers are still paying about 97% for homes priced right from the start. Homes that started too high gave up more and took far longer.

Relisting can hide days on market from the listing, but not from buyers' agents. The 21 relisted homes typically spent about six months on market.

Tell us your price range and we'll show you how homes like yours are selling right now.

    What it means for buyers

More choice, and room to negotiate on homes that have sat.

With new listings back up and about 2,770 homes for sale, you can take your time and compare.

Reduced and relisted homes are where the negotiation room is. Well-priced homes still move in about five weeks.

Tell us your budget and timeline and we'll show you what's actually worth seeing.
