Under-$700K detached held firm, condo mid-range remained under pressure, and Lower Mission stood out as a segment bucking the broader trend.

Buyers were becoming more selective.

Inventory climbed while absorption slowed, pushing the market further toward buyers in several property segments. The strongest activity remained concentrated where pricing met current demand.
